Names of Local Candidates
|
Local citizens may run for election to a post where they communicate the needs of the community to the government. One does not necessarily have to be a member of the communist party to run or be elected, but it probably doesn't hurt when it comes to getting things done. It's unclear whether there this is a stepping stone for future political aspirations.
